Whether you are suffering from trauma (past and/or present), grief, or you just need to break an unhealthy pattern, I will meet you where you are and together we will cultivate a safe, supportive and judgement-free environment. We will work together towards healing and growth, creating a practical plan while providing direction and relief. I don't judge or simply remain silent and nod. I will listen actively to understand and work toward real-life solutions. I provide on-site as well as HIPPA-compliant Telehealth sessions. Although face-to-face meetings in the office are preferred, Telehealth is a good option when in-person is not possible.
